DA'WAH IS REFORMATION, NOT JUST AN INFORMATION
Sulaimon Saad Taiye In the just-concluded 16th Annual Islamic Conference of Daaru Naim, Prof. Abdur-Razzaq Aláró summarized what preaching in Islam is all about in a simple term that needs no echo sounds for the dumb nor a megascope for the blind to see the fact. He said, and I quoted, "DA'WAH is reformation, not just information. If it's just information, what will the Prophet (ﷺ) be doing for twenty-three years? In fact, the conference for this year centralizes on the methodology of DA'WAH and the right manner to correct it and a deterrent to boycotting the ill-mannered supposed students that paraded themselves as scholars and hurled jargon, as they quoted beyond the box, just the text and little or no understanding of the context.
